Article R123-245 of the French Commercial code

Where applicable, the following details relating to main or secondary establishments located and registered in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are entered in the National Register of Companies, on declaration by the natural person at the time of registration:

1° The country, place and, if available, the registration number;

2° If the person so wishes, the address and principal activity of these establishments.

Le cas échéant, sont inscrits au sein du Registre national des entreprises, sur déclaration de la personne physique à l’occasion de son immatriculation, les éléments suivants relatifs aux établissements principaux ou secondaires situés et immatriculés dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen :

1° Le pays, le lieu et, s’il existe, le numéro d’immatriculation ;

2° Si la personne le souhaite, l’adresse et l’activité principale de ces établissements.
