Article R123-30-1 of the French Commercial code

Persons legally established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who wish to carry out on national territory on a temporary or occasional basis an activity falling within the scope of Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market and who choose to complete with the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 the procedures and formalities required for access to and the exercise of their activity within the framework of the single file provided for in Article L. 123-33 are hereinafter referred to as “cross-border service providers.”

Les personnes légalement établies dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen qui souhaitent exercer sur le territoire national de façon temporaire ou occasionnelle une activité entrant dans le champ d’application de la directive 2006/123/ CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 12 décembre 2006 relative aux services dans le marché intérieur et qui choisissent d’accomplir auprès de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 les procédures et les formalités nécessaires à l’accès et à l’exercice de leur activité dans le cadre du dossier unique prévu à l’article L. 123-33 sont ci-après dénommées ” prestataires de services transfrontaliers.
