Article R1233-15-2 of the French Labour Code

In the light of the reports referred to in articles L. 1233-57-17 and L. 1233-57-20, the Prefect of the département in which the establishment has its registered office, after having heard the company’s observations, if he decides to request reimbursement of the public aid referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 1233-57-21, notifies his decision within a maximum period of one month from his validation or approval decision referred to in articles L. 1233-57-2 and L. 1233-57-3 respectively.

It shall send a copy of its decision to the public bodies responsible for recovery.

Article R1233-15-2

Au regard des rapports mentionnés aux articles L. 1233-57-17 et L. 1233-57-20, le préfet du département dans lequel l’établissement a son siège, après avoir recueilli les observations de l’entreprise, s’il décide de demander le remboursement des aides publiques mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1233-57-21, notifie sa décision dans un délai d’un mois maximum à compter de sa décision de validation ou d’homologation mentionnées respectivement aux articles L. 1233-57-2 et L. 1233-57-3.

Il adresse une copie de sa décision aux personnes publiques chargées du recouvrement.
