Article R1233-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The agreements referred to in Article L. 1233-3 provide for:

1° The terms and conditions under which the agency’s territorial delegate in the département is the sole point of contact for local and regional authorities for projects supported by the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires;

2° The relationship between the agency’s objectives and the projects of the establishments or strategic projects of the operators mentioned in this article;

>The mobilisation of their resources and the development of their projects
3° The mobilisation of their human and financial resources to implement the agency’s actions;

>
4° The procedures for communicating about the projects supported by the agency and how they relate to those of these operators.

Les conventions mentionnées à l’article L. 1233-3 prévoient :


1° Les modalités selon lesquelles le délégué territorial de l’agence dans le département est le référent unique des collectivités territoriales pour les projets soutenus par l’Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires ;


2° L’articulation entre les objectifs de l’agence et les projets d’établissements ou projets stratégiques des opérateurs mentionnés à cet article ;


3° La mobilisation de leurs moyens humains et financiers pour la mise en œuvre des actions de l’agence ;


4° Les modalités de communication sur les projets soutenus par l’agence et leur articulation avec celle de ces opérateurs.
