Any establishment or organisation that imports or exports organs for therapeutic purposes, including biomedical research within the meaning of article L. 1121-1, must not disclose any information that could identify the donor or recipient of an organ.

Tout établissement ou organisme qui importe ou qui exporte des organes à des fins thérapeutiques, incluant les recherches biomédicales au sens de l’article L. 1121-1, ne doit divulguer aucune information qui permettrait d’identifier celui qui a fait don d’un organe, et celui qui le recevra.
