Article R1253-20 of the French Labour Code

The application for approval must be accompanied by the information and documents listed at 1° to 5° of article D. 1253-1, as well as the collective agreement that the employers’ group intends to apply.
The application for approval must be dated and signed by the person authorised to do so by the group.
It must be sent within one month of its formation, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Article R1253-20

Sont joints à la demande d’agrément, les renseignements et les documents énumérés aux 1° à 5° de l’article D. 1253-1 ainsi que la convention collective que le groupement d’employeurs envisage d’appliquer.
La demande d’agrément est datée et signée par la personne habilitée à cet effet par le groupement.
Elle est adressée dans le mois suivant sa constitution, par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception.
