Article R1262-18-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the last paragraph of II of article L. 1262-4, the employer shall complete, for each seconded employee concerned, the secondment declaration provided for in I of article L. 1262-2-1, using the “SIPSI” tele-service, with the following information:

1° The duration of the extension of the application of the rules relating to the matters listed in I of article L. 1262-4 for a period of no more than six additional months;

2° The reason for the extension.

Pour l’application du dernier alinéa du II de l’article L. 1262-4, l’employeur complète, pour chaque salarié détaché concerné, la déclaration de détachement prévue au I de l’article L. 1262-2-1, en utilisant le télé-service “ SIPSI ”, avec les éléments suivants :

1° La durée de la prorogation de l’application des règles relevant des matières énumérées au I de l’article L. 1262-4 pour une durée d’au plus six mois supplémentaires ;

2° Le motif de la prorogation.
