Article R1263-1-1 of the French Labour Code

I.- By way of derogation from the provisions of I of article R. 1263-1, an employer established outside France who posts one or more employees under the conditions and for the activities provided for in article L. 1262-6 has a period of time, which may not exceed fifteen days, in which to submit the documents listed in article R. 1263-1.

II – The employer established outside France who posts one or more employees under the conditions provided for in 3° of article L. 1262-1 shall keep the documents listed in article R. 1263-1 at the workplace of the employee posted to national territory and present them without delay, with the exception of those mentioned in 3° of II and III, for which he shall have a period of time which may not exceed fifteen days.

I.-Par dérogation aux dispositions du I de l’article R. 1263-1, l’employeur établi hors de France et qui détache un ou plusieurs salariés dans les conditions et pour les activités prévues à l’article L. 1262-6 dispose d’un délai, qui ne peut être supérieur à quinze jours, pour présenter les documents énumérés à l’article R. 1263-1.


II.-L’employeur établi hors de France et qui détache un ou plusieurs salariés dans les conditions prévues au 3° de l’article L. 1262-1 conserve sur le lieu de travail du salarié détaché sur le territoire national et présente sans délai les documents énumérés à l’article R. 1263-1, à l’exception de ceux mentionnés au 3° du II et au III, pour lesquels il dispose d’un délai, qui ne peut être supérieur à quinze jours.
