Article R1263-2-1 of the French Labour Code

The company’s representative on the national territory mentioned in II of article L. 1262-2-1 carries out on behalf of the employer the obligations incumbent upon him pursuant to article R. 1263-1.

This representative is designated in the posting declaration provided for in I of article L. 1262-2-1. It covers the entire period during which the employees are seconded to France.

Article R1263-2-1

Le représentant de l’entreprise sur le territoire national mentionné au II de l’article L. 1262-2-1 accomplit au nom de l’employeur les obligations qui lui incombent en application de l’article R. 1263-1.

La désignation de ce représentant est effectuée dans la déclaration de détachement prévue au I de l’article L. 1262-2-1. Elle couvre l’intégralité de la période pendant laquelle les salariés sont détachés en France.
