Once the delegation contract referred to in article L. 131-14 has been signed, the decision by the Minister for Sport granting the delegation to a federation is made after consultation with the French National Olympic and Sports Committee and, when the sport is specifically dedicated to disabled people, after consultation with the French Paralympic and Sports Committee.
It is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
L’arrêté du ministre chargé des sports accordant à une fédération la délégation est, après conclusion du contrat de délégation mentionné à l’article L. 131-14, pris après avis du Comité national olympique et sportif français rendu, quand la discipline est spécifiquement dédiée à la pratique sportive des personnes en situation de handicap, après avis du Comité paralympique et sportif français.
