Article R131-26-1 of the French Sports Code

Once the delegation contract referred to in article L. 131-14 has been signed, the decision by the Minister for Sport granting the delegation to a federation is made after consultation with the French National Olympic and Sports Committee and, when the sport is specifically dedicated to disabled people, after consultation with the French Paralympic and Sports Committee.

It is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
