Article R131-39 of the French Sports Code

Pursuant to the provisions of IV of article 31 of the aforementioned Act of 6 January 1978, the delegating federation responsible for authorised data processing shall send the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, prior to its implementation, an undertaking that it will comply with the description given in articles R. 131-37 and R. 131-38.

En application des dispositions du IV de l’article 31 de la loi du 6 janvier 1978 susmentionnée, la fédération délégataire responsable d’un traitement de données autorisé adresse à la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, préalablement à sa mise en œuvre, un engagement de conformité de celui-ci à la description figurant aux articles R. 131-37 et R. 131-38.
