Article R*131-46 of the French Sports Code

Pursuant to II of article 21 of the law of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations, if a delegated sports federation remains silent for two months, it is deemed to have rejected the applications listed in appendix I-7, which fall within the scope of its public service missions.
