Article R133-4 of the French Tourism Code

The municipal councillors or members of the public inter-municipal cooperation body who are members of the Office’s Management Committee are elected by the municipal council or by the deliberative body of the public inter-municipal cooperation body for the duration of their term of office.

The functions of the other members end when the municipal council is renewed.

Les conseillers municipaux ou les membres de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale qui sont membres du comité de direction de l’office sont élus par le conseil municipal ou par l’organe délibérant de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale pour la durée de leur mandat.

Les fonctions des autres membres prennent fin lors du renouvellement du conseil municipal.
