Article R1333-173 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The person responsible for the nuclear activity is informed of the main results of the checks carried out as soon as the work is completed by the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire or the approved body. These checks are also the subject of written reports, mentioning the date, the nature of the checks and their results, and the names and qualifications of the people who carried them out.

II – The reports are sent, within a period not exceeding two months, to the person responsible for the nuclear activity, who keeps them for ten years. They are made available to the labour inspectors referred to in Article L. 8112-1 of the Labour Code and the radiation protection inspectors referred to in Article L. 1333-29 of the Public Health Code.

I.-Le responsable de l’activité nucléaire est informé dès la fin de l’intervention de l’Institut de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire ou de l’organisme agréé des principaux résultats des vérifications réalisées. Ces vérifications font également l’objet de rapports écrits, mentionnant la date, leur nature et leurs résultats, les noms et qualités des personnes les ayant effectuées.

II.-Les rapports sont transmis, dans un délai n’excédant pas deux mois, au responsable de l’activité nucléaire qui les conserve pendant dix ans. Ils sont tenus à la disposition des agents de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionnés à l’article L. 8112-1 du code du travail et des inspecteurs de la radioprotection mentionnés à l’article L. 1333-29 du code de la santé publique.
