The objection provided for in the first paragraph of I of article L. 134-4, the objection provided for in the fifth paragraph of article L. 134-5 and the request for withdrawal provided for in the first two paragraphs of article L. 134-6 are notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by electronic means with acknowledgement of receipt.

In support of their objection or request for withdrawal, the author must produce a copy of an identity document and a sworn statement attesting to their status.

Article R134-5

L’opposition prévue au premier alinéa du I de l’article L. 134-4, l’opposition prévue au cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 134-5 et la demande de retrait prévue aux deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 134-6 sont notifiées par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par voie électronique avec demande d’accusé de réception.

A l’appui de son opposition ou de sa demande de retrait, l’auteur produit la copie d’une pièce d’identité et une déclaration sur l’honneur attestant sa qualité.

A l’appui de son opposition, l’ayant droit de l’auteur doit justifier de son identité en produisant une copie d’une pièce d’identité et adresser un acte de notoriété attestant sa qualité d’ayant-droit.

A l’appui de son opposition ou de sa demande de retrait, l’éditeur communique toute pièce de nature à justifier de sa qualité d’éditeur du livre concerné.
