Article R1342-14 of the French Public Health Code

Importers and downstream users are required to inform the designated body mentioned in article R. 1342-13 of any withdrawal from the market, any change of trade name and any change in the composition or classification of mixtures for which a declaration has been made under article R. 1342-13. This information is sent within thirty days in accordance with the procedures laid down by the order mentioned in article R. 1342-15.

Article R1342-14

Les importateurs et les utilisateurs en aval sont tenus d’informer l’organisme désigné mentionné à l’article R. 1342-13, du retrait du marché, de tout changement de nom commercial et de toute modification de la composition ou de la classification des mélanges pour lesquels une déclaration a été effectuée en vertu de l’article R. 1342-13. Cette information est transmise dans un délai de trente jours selon les modalités prévues par l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 1342-15.
