Article R141-14 of the French Sports Code

In the event that a conciliator breaches the obligation of secrecy provided for in article L. 141-4, or any other behaviour incompatible with the performance of his duties, the Board of Directors of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee may order the compulsory resignation of the person concerned after having given him the opportunity to present his observations before the Ethics Committee.

En cas de manquement d’un conciliateur à l’obligation de secret prévue à l’article L. 141-4, ou de tout autre comportement incompatible avec l’exercice de ses fonctions, le conseil d’administration du Comité national olympique et sportif français peut prononcer la démission d’office de l’intéressé après l’avoir mis à même de présenter ses observations devant le comité de déontologie.
