Article R141-17 of the French Sports Code

If the claim is inadmissible, the Chairman of the Mediation Conference will invite the claimant to rectify the situation. If the claim is not rectified within the allotted time, the Chairman of the Mediation Conference will notify the claimant that the claim has been rejected.

Lorsque la demande est entachée d’une irrecevabilité susceptible d’être couverte, le président de la conférence des conciliateurs invite le demandeur à la régulariser. A défaut de régularisation dans le délai imparti, le président de la conférence des conciliateurs notifie le rejet de la demande.
