Article R141-9 of the French Tourism Code

Decisions of a financial or budgetary nature, in particular those relating to the estimates of expenditure and revenue, loans, the creation of subsidiaries and the acquisition of financial holdings, are enforceable if the Minister responsible for tourism has not objected to them within fifteen days of notification being made to the Government Commissioner.

Les délibérations à caractère financier ou budgétaire, notamment celle relative à l’état prévisionnel des dépenses et des recettes, celles relatives aux emprunts, à la création de filiales et à la prise de participations financières sont exécutoires si le ministre chargé du tourisme n’y a pas fait opposition dans un délai de quinze jours suivant la notification qui en a été faite au commissaire du Gouvernement.
