Article R142-29 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The data and information referred to in Annex 4, by virtue of their powers and within the limits of their need to know:
1° To enable the Contrôleur général des lieux de privation de liberté to carry out his task of monitoring the enforcement of removal measures;
2° To organise removal operations and inform the departments responsible for their enforcement:
a) officers and servicemen from the General Directorate of the National Gendarmerie;
b) officers from the General Directorate of the National Police;
c) officers from the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Taxation;
d) officers from the General Directorate of Foreigners in France;
3° To facilitate the implementation of removal operations:
a) the tour operator approved by the Ministry of the Interior, for data relating solely to the file number, the civil status of the foreign national subject to the removal order, his or her administrative situation, the request relating to the removal application and the escort, with the exception of the AGDREF2 number and the photograph;
b) the authorities of the country of transit or destination responsible for authorising or facilitating a removal, for data relating solely to the civil status of the foreign national who is the subject of the removal order, the escort, the routes taken and hotel reservations, with the exception of the AGDREF2 number and the photograph;
c) the airlines or shipping companies handling the removal, solely for data relating to the civil status of the foreign national who is the subject of the removal order, identity documents and the escort, with the exception of the AGDREF2 number and the photograph.

Peuvent être destinataires des données et informations mentionnées à l’annexe 4, à raison de leurs attributions et dans la limite du besoin d’en connaître :
1° Pour permettre l’exercice de sa mission de contrôle de l’exécution des mesures d’éloignement, le Contrôleur général des lieux de privation de liberté ;
2° Pour l’organisation des opérations d’éloignement et l’information des services chargés de leur exécution :
a) les agents et militaires de la direction générale de la gendarmerie nationale ;
b) les agents de la direction générale de la police nationale ;
c) les agents de la direction générale des douanes et droits indirects ;
d) les agents de la direction générale des étrangers en France ;
3° Pour faciliter la mise en œuvre des opérations d’éloignement :
a) le prestataire voyagiste agréé par le ministère de l’intérieur, pour les seules données relatives au numéro de dossier, à l’état civil du ressortissant étranger faisant l’objet de la mesure d’éloignement, à sa situation administrative, à la requête relative à la demande d’éloignement et à l’escorte, à l’exception du numéro AGDREF2 et de la photographie ;
b) les autorités du pays de transit ou de destination chargées d’autoriser ou de faciliter un éloignement, pour les seules données relatives à l’état civil du ressortissant étranger faisant l’objet de la mesure d’éloignement, à l’escorte, aux itinéraires empruntés et aux réservations hôtelières, à l’exception du numéro AGDREF2 et de la photographie ;
c) les compagnies aériennes ou maritimes assurant la prise en charge de l’éloignement, pour les seules données relatives à l’état civil du ressortissant étranger faisant l’objet de la mesure d’éloignement, aux documents d’identité et à l’escorte, à l’exception du numéro AGDREF2 et de la photographie.
