Article R142-33 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration is authorised to implement, on the basis of 4° of Article L. 142-1, automated processing of personal data known as the “Assisted return statistics and control tool”. The purposes of this processing are:
1° To liquidate assisted return by making it possible to detect a new application submitted by a person who has already benefited from this assistance, where applicable under a different identity;
2° To enable administrative, budgetary and accounting monitoring of assisted return procedures managed by the French Office for Immigration and Integration;
3° To draw up statistics relating to these procedures and their execution.

Article R142-33

L’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration est autorisé à mettre en œuvre, sur le fondement du 4° de l’article L. 142-1, un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dénommé ” Outil de statistique et de contrôle de l’aide au retour “. Ce traitement a pour finalités :
1° De liquider l’aide au retour en permettant de déceler une nouvelle demande présentée par une personne ayant déjà bénéficié de cette aide, le cas échéant sous une autre identité ;
2° De permettre le suivi administratif, budgétaire et comptable des procédures d’aide au retour gérées par l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration ;
3° D’établir des statistiques relatives à ces procédures et à leur exécution.
