Article R1423-25 of the French Labour Code

The general meeting of the newly-created industrial tribunal proposes, within three months of its establishment, a set of rules of procedure which sets out, in particular, the days and times of hearings.
The calendars and times of these hearings are determined by analogy with those of the ordinary courts having their seat within the jurisdiction of the court of appeal to which this council belongs. However, the rules of procedure may depart from this rule to take account of local circumstances.

Article R1423-25
