Article R1425-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The matter may be referred to the departmental consultative commission, until the end of the period set out in article R. 1425-3, by the department, a commune, a public establishment for inter-communal cooperation or the departmental fire and rescue service to issue an opinion on all or part of the draft agreements provided for in articles L. 1424-13, L. 1424-14 and L. 1424-17.

The parties to the draft agreement have a period of one month from receipt of the requests made by the commission to make their observations known.

The commission shall issue its opinion within three months of the date on which the matter is referred to it.

Article R1425-13

La commission consultative départementale peut être saisie, jusqu’au terme du délai fixé à l’article R. 1425-3, par le département, une commune, un établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou le service départemental d’incendie et de secours pour émettre un avis sur tout ou partie des projets de conventions prévues aux articles L. 1424-13, L. 1424-14 et L. 1424-17.

Les parties au projet de convention disposent d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception des demandes formulées par la commission pour faire connaître leurs observations.

La commission rend son avis dans un délai de trois mois à compter de sa saisine.
