Within three months of 29 December 1996, the president of the regional audit chamber shall draw up a list of arbitrators for each department, which shall include the name, profession and address of those concerned.

Le président de la chambre régionale des comptes établit par département, dans le délai de trois mois à compter du 29 décembre 1996, une liste des arbitres qui comporte la mention du nom, de la profession ainsi que l’adresse des intéressés.

La liste des arbitres est transmise au préfet et publiée au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture.
