The Agency and Working Conditions Committee meets at least once every two months, convened by its Chairman on his own initiative or, within a maximum of one month, at the written request of at least half of the permanent staff representatives.
At least four meetings a year deal with issues relating to health, safety and working conditions.
The notice convening the Agency and Working Conditions Committee sets the agenda for the meeting, which is drawn up by the committee chairman and secretary. Failing agreement, the agenda is set by the committee chairman.
The agenda for meetings of the Agency and Working Conditions Committee, together with all the documents and papers relating to the agenda and necessary for the performance of their duties, shall be sent to the members at least eight days before the date of the meeting.
