Article R1441-18 of the French Public Health Code

The preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the territorial multi-annual plan for risk management and the efficiency of the healthcare system are carried out by a territorial commission for risk management and the efficiency of the healthcare system.

This commission is chaired by the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. It includes the director of the social welfare fund or his/her representative. A representative of the complementary health insurance organisations appointed by the Union nationale des organismes complémentaires d’assurance maladie will take part in the work of the commission, depending on the agenda.

Before being adopted by the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the plan is submitted to this commission for its opinion.

It is valid for a period of two years and is subject to annual revision by means of an amendment prepared and submitted to this commission for its opinion, and approved under the same conditions as the plan.

La préparation, le suivi et l’évaluation du plan pluriannuel territorial de gestion du risque et d’efficience du système de soins sont assurés au sein d’une commission territoriale de gestion du risque et d’efficience du système de soins.

Cette commission est présidée par le préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. Elle comprend le directeur de la caisse de prévoyance sociale ou son représentant. Un représentant des organismes complémentaires d’assurance maladie désigné par l’Union nationale des organismes complémentaires d’assurance maladie participe selon l’ordre du jour aux travaux de la commission.

Ce plan est soumis, avant d’être arrêté par le préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, à l’avis de cette commission.

D’une durée de deux ans, il fait l’objet chaque année d’une révision par avenant préparé et soumis à l’avis de cette commission et arrêté dans les mêmes conditions que le plan.
