Article R1441-22 of the French Labour Code

Each candidate gives a mandate to be presented by the organisation presenting him/her. They declare on their honour that they are not subject to any prohibition, disqualification or incapacity relating to their civic rights and that they do not hold any office that is incompatible with the office of industrial tribunal member. He provides documents proving that he satisfies the conditions mentioned in articles L. 1441-6 to L. 1441-17, with the exception of bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record.

Il déclare sur l’honneur n’être l’objet d’aucune interdiction, déchéance ou incapacité relative à ses droits civiques et ne pas exercer de fonction incompatible avec l’exercice de la fonction de conseiller prud’homme. Il fournit les documents justifiant qu’il satisfait aux conditions mentionnées aux articles L. 1441-6 à L. 1441-17, à l’exception du bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire.
