Article R1518-3 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article R. 1110-8 in Mayotte, the words: “the right to complementary health protection provided for inarticle L. 861-1 of the Social Security Code or” are deleted and the words: “the right to State medical aid provided for inarticle L. 251-1 of the Social Action and Family Code” are replaced by the words: “the coverage provided for in article L. 6416-5 of this Code”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 1110-8, les mots : “du droit à la protection complémentaire en matière de santé prévue à l’article L. 861-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ou” sont supprimés et les mots : “du droit à l’aide médicale d’Etat prévu à l’article L. 251-1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles” sont remplacés par les mots : “de la prise en charge prévue à l’article L. 6416-5 du présent code”.
