Article D. 1332-22, the second and third paragraphs of article D. 1332-27 and article D. 1332-30 come into force in Mayotte on 31 December 2019.

For the application of the provisions of this code in Mayotte : 1° The reference to the Department of Mayotte replaces the reference to the Department and the Region; 2° The powers devolved to the Prefect or Regional Prefect are exercised by the Prefect of Mayotte; 3° Procedures carried out at prefectures or sub-prefectures are carried out by the Prefect’s departments; 4° The powers vested in the departmental hygiene council…
The last paragraph of article R. 1112-18 does not apply.
For the application of article R. 1110-8 in Mayotte, the words: “the right to complementary health protection provided for inarticle L. 861-1 of the Social Security Code or” are deleted and the words: “the right to State medical aid provided for inarticle L. 251-1 of the Social Action and Family Code” are replaced by the words: “the coverage provided for in article L. 6416-5 of this Code”.
