Article R1524-2 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1221-2:

1° The words: “in article R. 243-2 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “in article 1 of decree no. 98-1162 of 16 December 1998 laying down the rules applicable to the recovery of resources of the social security schemes in force in the territorial collectivity of Mayotte and for the investment of the liquid assets of the Mayotte social security fund”;

2° In 2°, the words: “or, in the case of an agricultural employee, to the agricultural social security fund provided for in article R. 722-34 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code” do not apply;

3° In 5°, the words “or, in the case of an agricultural employee, to Articles R. 717-13 and R. 717-16 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code” do not apply.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 1221-2 :

1° Les mots : “ à l’article R. 243-2 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ à l’article 1er du décret n° 98-1162 du 16 décembre 1998 fixant les règles applicables pour le recouvrement des ressources des régimes de sécurité sociale en vigueur dans la collectivité territoriale de Mayotte et pour le placement des disponibilités de la caisse de prévoyance sociale de Mayotte ” ;

2° Au 2°, les mots : “ ou s’il s’agit d’une salarié agricole, à la caisse de mutualité sociale agricole prévue à l’article R. 722-34 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ” ne sont pas applicables ;

3° Au 5°, les mots : “ ou, s’il s’agit d’un salarié agricole, aux articles R. 717-13 et R. 717-16 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ” ne sont pas applicables.
