Article R1614-17 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The mayor or the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation sends the prefect:

1° A copy of each application for a building permit, development permit and demolition permit, completed by him/her, and of the decision ruling on this application;

2° A copy, completed by him/her, of planning certificates and prior declarations ;

3° A copy of the declarations of commencement and completion of works;

4° A copy of the acts and deliberations relating to the master plan, the sector plan and the land use plan.

The obligation mentioned in article R. 1614-16 is satisfied by the completion of transmissions made pursuant to the provisions of the town planning code and the articles L. 2131-1 to L. 2131-5.

Article R1614-17

Le maire ou le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale transmet au préfet :

1° Un exemplaire de chaque demande de permis de construire, de permis d’aménager et de permis de démolir, complétée par ses soins, et de la décision statuant sur cette demande ;

2° Un exemplaire, complété par ses soins, des certificats d’urbanisme et des déclarations préalables ;

3° Un exemplaire des déclarations d’ouverture de chantier et d’achèvement des travaux ;

4° Un exemplaire des actes et délibérations relatifs au schéma directeur, au schéma de secteur et au plan d’occupation des sols.

L’obligation mentionnée à l’article R. 1614-16 est satisfaite par l’accomplissement des transmissions faites en application des dispositions du code de l’urbanisme et des articles L. 2131-1 à L. 2131-5.
