Article R211-22 of the French Tourism Code

Any natural or legal person who, in any capacity whatsoever, acquires the majority of the share capital of a company registered in the register referred to in article L. 141-3 or who is entrusted with its management under his or her responsibility may continue to operate it for the period required to obtain registration if he or she has the receipt provided for in I of article R. 211-21.

Provisional registration ceases on the date of re-registration or notification of refusal of entry in the register.

Toute personne physique ou morale qui, à quelque titre que ce soit, acquiert la majorité du capital social d’une société immatriculée au registre mentionné à l’article L. 141-3 ou qui est chargée d’en assurer la gérance sous sa responsabilité peut en poursuivre l’exploitation pendant le délai nécessaire à l’obtention de l’immatriculation s’il dispose du récépissé prévu au I de l’article R. 211-21.


Le maintien provisoire de l’immatriculation prend fin à la date de la nouvelle immatriculation ou de la notification du refus d’inscription au registre.
