Article R211-24 of the French Tourism Code

After having given the interested party the opportunity to present written observations in his defence, the registration commission referred to in article L. 141-2 will remove the operator from the register in the event of fraudulent declaration or if the travel operator no longer satisfies the conditions laid down in II of article L. 211-18.

The deletion from the register is notified by the Commission to the operator concerned, by any means capable of producing an acknowledgement of receipt.

Après avoir mis l’intéressé en mesure de présenter des observations écrites en défense, la commission d’immatriculation mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2 procède à la radiation du registre en cas de déclaration frauduleuse ou lorsque l’opérateur de voyages ne satisfait plus aux conditions prévues au II de l’article L. 211-18.

La radiation du registre est notifiée par la commission, par tout moyen permettant d’en obtenir un accusé de réception, à l’opérateur qui en fait l’objet.
