Deregistration is also carried out at the request of the natural person or legal entity registered in the register or when the legal entity concerned is dissolved as a result of a judgement ordering the closure of the compulsory liquidation, notified by the liquidator to the registration commission referred to in article L. 141-2.
La radiation intervient également à la demande de la personne physique ou morale immatriculée au registre ou lorsque la personne morale concernée fait l’objet d’une dissolution par l’effet d’un jugement ordonnant la clôture de la liquidation judiciaire, notifiée par le liquidateur à la commission d’immatriculation mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2.
