The minister responsible for culture may delegate his signature to the prefects for the issue of a cinematographic exhibition permit for cinematographic works of an advertising nature represented in a single department without the need to consult the classification committees and the classification commission.

Le ministre chargé de la culture peut déléguer sa signature aux préfets pour la délivrance du visa d’exploitation cinématographique aux œuvres cinématographiques à caractère publicitaire représentées dans un seul département sans que la consultation des comités de classification et de la commission de classification soit nécessaire.
