Article R2114-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The commission provided for in Article L. 2114-2 includes, in addition to the authorities designated in the said article, the departmental or, where applicable, regional director of public finance and the heads of the State departments concerned.

It is chaired by the Prefect.

Article R2114-2

La commission prévue à l’article L. 2114-2 comprend, outre les autorités désignées audit article, le directeur départemental ou, le cas échéant, régional des finances publiques et les chefs des services de l’Etat intéressés.

Elle est présidée par le préfet.
