Article R212-10-12 of the French Sports Code

Subject to the submission of the application for accreditation in accordance with the procedures and timetable laid down by the academic regional rector and after receiving the opinion of the national technical director of the federation delegated for the discipline concerned by the mention for diplomas which so provide, the academic regional rector may issue the accreditation.

If the rector of the academic region does not respond to the application for accreditation within six months, this will be deemed to be authorisation.

Sous réserve du dépôt du dossier de demande d’habilitation conformément aux modalités et au calendrier arrêtés par le recteur de région académique et après avis du directeur technique national de la fédération ayant reçu délégation pour la discipline concernée par la mention pour les diplômes qui le prévoient, le recteur de région académique peut délivrer l’habilitation.

Le défaut de réponse du recteur de région académique sur la demande d’habilitation dans un délai de six mois vaut autorisation.
