Article R212-3 of the French Consumer Code

The 3° of article R. 212-1 and 4° and 6° of article R. 212-2 are not applicable to:
1° Transactions concerning transferable securities, financial instruments and other products or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in a price, index or rate that the professional does not control;
2° Contracts for the purchase or sale of foreign currency, travellers’ cheques or international money orders issued in a post office and denominated in foreign currency.

Article R212-3

Le 3° de l’article R. 212-1 et les 4° et 6° de l’article R. 212-2 ne sont pas applicables :
1° Aux transactions concernant les valeurs mobilières, instruments financiers et autres produits ou services dont le prix est lié aux fluctuations d’un cours, d’un indice ou d’un taux que le professionnel ne contrôle pas ;
2° Aux contrats d’achat ou de vente de devises, de chèques de voyage ou de mandats internationaux émis en bureau de poste et libellés en devises.
