Article R212-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée shall withdraw the authorisation if it is found that it was granted on the basis of false information contained in the application file or if the conditions to which the authorisation was subject are no longer met.
It may also withdraw the authorisation provided for in article R. 212-2 if the terms are not respected by the licence holder.
The licence holder is given the opportunity to comment within thirty days.

Le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée retire l’autorisation lorsqu’il s’avère qu’elle a été accordée sur la base d’informations fausses contenues dans le dossier de demande ou lorsque les conditions auxquelles l’autorisation était subordonnée ne sont plus réunies.
Il peut retirer également l’autorisation prévue à l’article R. 212-2 lorsque les termes n’en sont pas respectés par le titulaire de l’autorisation.
Le titulaire est mis à même de faire valoir ses observations dans un délai de trente jours.
