Article R212-8 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The rules relating to the time limit for examining the application for planning permission, the formalities to be observed in letters of notification of the extension of the time limit for examination or refusal of authorisation for the creation, extension or reopening to the public of cinematographic entertainment establishments, the birth of tacit decisions, the planning permission application file and the absence of prior approval in Ile-de-France are set out in articles R. * 423-36, R. 423-44, R. 423-44-1, R. 423-45, R. 424-2, R. 431-28, R. 510-1 and R. 510-6 of the town planning code.

Les règles relatives au délai d’instruction de la demande de permis de construire, aux formalités à respecter dans les lettres de notification de la prolongation du délai d’instruction ou du refus d’autorisation de création, d’extension ou de réouverture au public d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques, à la naissance de décisions tacites, au dossier de demande de permis de construire et à l’absence d’agrément préalable en Ile-de-France sont fixées aux articles R. * 423-36, R. * 423-44, R. * 423-44-1, R. * 423-45, R. * 424-2, R. * 431-28, R. * 510-1 et R. * 510-6 du code de l’urbanisme.
