e) The operating and incident management procedures.

Article R2131-2-B

Le cahier des charges mentionné à l’article R. 2131-2-A définit l’architecture globale de la chaîne de télétransmission des actes soumis au contrôle de légalité ainsi que les caractéristiques exigées en vue de l’homologation d’un dispositif de télétransmission et relatives :

a) A son insertion dans l’architecture globale de la chaîne de télétransmission ;

b) Aux normes des échanges de données ;

c) A la sécurisation de ces échanges ;

d) Aux fonctionnalités de traitement de ces données ;

e) Aux modalités d’exploitation et de gestion des incidents de fonctionnement.
