Where the call for competition is made by means of a prior information notice or a periodic indicative notice, access to the consultation documents on the buyer profile is offered from the date on which the invitation to confirm interest is sent.
Where the call for competition is made by means of a notice on the existence of a qualification system, access to the consultation documents on the buyer profile is offered as soon as possible and at the latest on the date on which the invitation to tender is sent.

Lorsque l’appel à la concurrence est effectué au moyen d’un avis de préinformation ou d’un avis périodique indicatif, l’accès aux documents de la consultation sur le profil d’acheteur est offert à compter de l’envoi de l’invitation à confirmer l’intérêt.
Lorsque l’appel à la concurrence est effectué au moyen d’un avis sur l’existence d’un système de qualification, l’accès aux documents de la consultation sur le profil d’acheteur est offert dès que possible et au plus tard à la date d’envoi de l’invitation à soumissionner.
