Article R214 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The costs listed in Article R. 93 are advanced by the Treasury in accordance with the provisions of this Title: they are taxed and liquidated according to the tariff and rules of each competent court.

The provisions of articles R. 222, R. 223, R. 224-2, R. 225, R. 228, R. 228-1, R. 229, R. 230, R. 233 and R. 234 are applicable for the payment of these costs.
