Article R2162-40 of the French Public procurement code

Where the estimated value of the requirement is equal to or greater than the formalised procedure thresholds, the purchaser shall notify the European Commission of any change to the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system using the following standard forms:
1° The form used for the invitation to tender when the period of validity is changed without the system being terminated;
2° The award notice referred to in Articles R. 2183-1 to R. 2183-7 when the system is terminated.

Lorsque la valeur estimée du besoin est égale ou supérieure aux seuils de procédure formalisée, l’acheteur notifie à la Commission européenne tout changement de la durée de validité du système d’acquisition dynamique en utilisant les formulaires types suivants :
1° Le formulaire utilisé pour l’appel à la concurrence lorsque la durée de validité est modifiée sans qu’il soit mis fin au système ;
2° L’avis d’attribution mentionné aux articles R. 2183-1 à R. 2183-7 lorsqu’il est mis fin au système.
