In the event of an assignment or pledge made in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 313-23 to L. 313-34 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the notification provided for in article L. 313-28 of this code is sent to the assigning public accountant designated in the contract in the form provided for in article R. 313-17 of the said code.
En cas de cession ou de nantissement effectué conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 313-23 à L. 313-34 du code monétaire et financier, la notification prévue à l’article L. 313-28 de ce code est adressée au comptable public assignataire désigné dans le marché dans les formes prévues à l’article R. 313-17 dudit code.
