Article R2191-60 of the French Public procurement code

During the performance of the contract, the purchaser shall communicate to the beneficiaries of the pledge or assignment of receivables, when they so request:
1° Either a summary statement of the services provided, accompanied by an evaluation which is not binding on the purchaser;
2° Or the statement of entitlements established in favour of the contract holder.
It shall also communicate to them, at their request, a statement of the advances and payments on account made.

L’acheteur communique, au cours de l’exécution du marché, aux bénéficiaires du nantissement ou de la cession de créances, lorsqu’ils en font la demande :
1° Soit un état sommaire des prestations effectuées, accompagné d’une évaluation qui n’engage pas l’acheteur ;
2° Soit le décompte des droits constatés au profit du titulaire du marché.
Il leur communique également, à leur demande, un état des avances et des acomptes mis en paiement.
