When they so request by registered letter with acknowledgement of postal receipt, providing proof of their status, the purchaser shall notify the beneficiaries of pledges or assignments of receivables, at the same time as the contract holder, of all amendments made to the contract which have an effect on the pledge or assignment.

Lorsqu’ils en font la demande par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception postal, en justifiant de leur qualité, l’acheteur avise les bénéficiaires de nantissements ou de cessions de créances, en même temps que le titulaire du marché, de toutes les modifications apportées au contrat qui ont un effet sur le nantissement ou la cession.
