Article R22-10-15 of the French Commercial code

I.-The information mentioned in I and II of article L. 22-10-9 is made available to the public free of charge on the company’s website for a period of ten years. Without prejudice to the third paragraph of II of this article, this period may be extended.

II.
II – The processing of the personal data of corporate officers contained in this report is intended to enhance the company’s transparency with regard to the remuneration of corporate officers, the shareholders’ right of scrutiny over such remuneration and the responsibility of corporate officers.
The information presented in the report referred to in I does not include special categories of personal data of corporate officers who are natural persons within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, nor personal data that relate to the family situation of corporate officers who are natural persons.

I.-Les informations mentionnées aux I et II de l’article L. 22-10-9 sont mises gratuitement à la disposition du public sur le site internet de la société pour une durée de dix ans. Sans préjudice du troisième alinéa du II du présent article, ce délai peut être prolongé.

II.-Le traitement des données à caractère personnel des mandataires sociaux contenues dans ce rapport vise à renforcer la transparence de la société par rapport aux rémunérations des mandataires sociaux, le droit de regard des actionnaires sur cette rémunération et la responsabilité des mandataires sociaux.

Les informations présentées dans le rapport mentionné au I n’incluent pas de catégories particulières de données à caractère personnel des mandataires sociaux personnes physiques au sens de l’article 9, paragraphe 1, du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016, ni de données à caractère personnel qui se rapportent à la situation familiale des mandataires sociaux personnes physiques.

Les autres données à caractère personnel contenues dans ce rapport ne sont plus mises à disposition du public après dix ans à compter de leur publication.
