Article R22-10-17 of the French Commercial code

The publication referred to in Article L. 22-10-13 shall contain the following information: the name or corporate name of the person directly or indirectly concerned, the nature of his relationship with the company, the date and the financial terms of the agreement.

It shall also contain any other information necessary to assess the interest of the company and the shareholders, including minority shareholders, who are not directly or indirectly concerned.

La publication mentionnée à l’article L. 22-10-13 contient les informations suivantes : le nom ou la dénomination sociale de la personne directement ou indirectement intéressée, la nature de sa relation avec la société, la date et les conditions financières de la convention.

Elle contient également toute autre information nécessaire pour évaluer l’intérêt de la convention pour la société et les actionnaires, y compris minoritaires, qui n’y sont pas directement ou indirectement intéressés. Ces informations comportent notamment l’objet de la convention et l’indication du rapport entre son prix pour la société et le dernier bénéfice annuel de celle-ci.
