Article R22-10-33 of the French Commercial code

The additional publication in a notice published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires of the notice informing shareholders of an issue of new shares or of securities giving access to the capital likely to result in a capital increase, referred to in the penultimate paragraph of Article R. 225-120, is also applicable if all the company’s shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market.

La publication complémentaire dans une notice publiée au Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires de l’avis informant les actionnaires d’une émission d’actions nouvelle ou de valeurs mobilières donnant accès au capital susceptible d’entraîner une augmentation de capital, mentionnée à l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article R. 225-120, est également applicable si toutes les actions de la société sont admises aux négociations sur un marché réglementé.
